We utilize the services of LPL Financial, the largest independent broker/dealer in the nation and a Fortune 500 company. For this reason, our office does not require typical prospecting tactics or cold calls.
Who We Want
We are seeking a forward-thinking Client Services Associate (CSA) with an eye for detail. Our CSAs are career driven, motivated, and personable. Our CSAs provide exceptional service to both our clients and the Aspire Wealth Team. Our CSAs are professional, mature, and are able to use discretion with highly confidential information at all times. Our CSAs are expected to have exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality with regard to client and business information.
Accurately prepare, process, and verify all forms necessary to establish new accounts and service existing accounts.
Accurately prepare, process, and verify all transactions and account changes including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account changes.
Navigate our CRM to add new clients, update existing records and schedule client meetings.
Document accurately all client communication and task status updates in our CRM.
Communicate professionally, effectively, and timely with clients, staff, and outside companies.
Prepare client reviews and meeting agendas with precision and accuracy.
Gather information and prepare financial plans utilizing various financial planning software.
Daily monitoring of Client Works notifications/alerts and taking appropriate action.
Monitor trade orders including sell-stop orders.
Monitor available cash for automatic withdrawals through Client Works.
Assisting clients with setting up and navigating Account View within Client Works.
Provide support for our Administrative team, answering calls, filling in when necessary, and covering lunches.
Assist and attend client events to promote Aspire Wealth Partners (please note that some of these events transpire outside of the normal working hours).
Preferred Skills
Securities Industry Essentials®(SIE®) Exam
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Experience with MS Office, CRM systems, Financial Planning software.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary
Based on experience. ($50,000 - $60,000)
Team bonus plans (Starting at 10% of your annual salary, after introductory period).

Schedule
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Location: 1647 N Swan Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712 (In person only, no remote work).
AWP Timeline
Resumes reviewed daily and responded to within 2 business days.
Scheduled 20-minute phone interview with Operations Manager to review qualifications and goals.
Scheduled 60-minute in-person interview with Operations Manager and Senior CSA to determine personal compatibility.
Offer letters to eligible candidates will be emailed out.
LPL Financial onboarding process can take 2 - 4 weeks (must be able to pass a criminal background check and a financial credit check).
Weekly training meetings are conducted with the Operations Manager and Senior CSA to receive/provide feedback on progression.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
