1 – 3 years’ distribution/logistics experience required.
Position Overview: Oversees workforce ensuring execution of daily tasks and activities including, loading/unloading trailers, cross-docking and customer service operations in a manner consistent with company goals and objectives.

Supervises logistics operations including customer service, freight, and dispatch.

Plans and assigns work to ensure production goals are met.

Ensures data is accurate, and proper documentation has been received to support logistics operations.

Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Responsible for ensuring existing account base is maintained with particular focus on major accounts.

Understands specific customer goals and works diligently to meet those goals.

Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles and recommending improvements.

Inspects deliveries ensuring correct product and quantity has been received.
- Operates hand carts and lift trucks to receive product.

Monitors productivity to ensure performance and safety measures are being met.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office
