The Salon & Talent Manager role(s) are primarily responsible for ensuring successful daily operations, financial success, staffing, inventory control, facility management, and improving the growth of Bang Salon.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Ongoing recruitment of Stylists, Associates, Front Desk Receptionists, and Shampoo Assistants.
· Hire and participate in training new front desk team members
· Maximize chair utilization
· Ensure that the salon maintains an Associate pipeline
· Ensure all Stylists licenses are active.
· Achieve retail sales as a percentage of revenue
· Participate and prepare in advance for all required training sessions.
· Coordinate and/or Conduct training with all employees, including team meetings, hands-on training, launches, and refresher trainings.
· Set individual monthly sales goals for each Stylist and reinforce through daily coaching conversations focused on Service Sales, Retail, Productivity, Prebooking and Retention.
· Ensure each Stylist and Front desk receptionist ask to prebook and for client referrals.
· Track and monitor wage budgets for front desk and shampoo assistants adjusting as needed
· Ensure salon is clean, well-organized, and state board compliant by completing weekly audits.
· Coach and mentor team on how to introduce and upsell add-ons.
· Handle and resolve all customer service issues as they arise.
· Complete physical inventory count
*Salon and Spa experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
