The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing installation processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. The Production Manager will lead a team, manage resources, and implement strategies to optimize production performance and meet organizational goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- Supervises installer or team of installers who are responsible for installing products and or performing services on company products per specification on install tickets.
- Assist with locating custom or stock products in warehouse.
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training warehouse staff.
- Assist in updating dispatch schedule with completed installation of products or issues with install or products.
- Communicating with dispatch on tickets to be re-dispatched.
- Move products identified in system as “shipped” or “in warehouse” depending on outcome of installation.
- Ensure returned products are staged for later reinstall or returned to inventory.
- Communicate with order entry to change or add or delete product from sales orders if needed.
- Communicate with the order entry team if additional lines need to be added to orders if needed.
- Assist with managing warehouse staff in their day-to-day performance, including receiving, pulling, and staging product as needed.
- Review open order reports with sales and dispatch to ensure billing is sent in a timely manner.
- Attend safety meetings as needed and assist with compliance and safety equipment requirements.
- Control company provided safety equipment and communicate with purchasing if levels are low.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in production management or manufacturing leadership role.
- Solid understanding of quality management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in production management or manufacturing leadership role.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with SYSPRO.
- Proficiency in the use of cutting and shaping tools.
- Proven ability to interpret floor plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish.

WORK LOCATION
Onsite – In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Production Manager position, this job is required to work in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment.
