JOB TITLE: Industrial Maintenance Technician
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY:
As the Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will perform essential duties as to the repair and maintenance of machinery and facilities in a machining and assembly business. You will be a critical team member ensuring that Flickinger Industries ships high quality pneumatic cylinders on time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform repair and maintenance on CNC lathes and VMC’s.
- Communicate/consult with machinery service providers
- Coordinate the repair of equipment machinery service providers
- Communicate/coordinate with Operators and Setup Personnel on the maintenance and repair of equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Disassemble/reassemble equipment for maintenance or repair.
- Repair or replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts
- Perform preventative maintenance as specified by equipment manufacturers.
- Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Order materials, supplies, or equipment
- Document repair and maintenance activities
- Train others in operational procedures
- Ensure all safety protocols are in place and functional
- General maintenance and repair on facilities

EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE):
- High school diploma or GED.
- Formal Industrial Maintenance Training preferred but not required.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 5-10 Years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to Interpret blueprints, specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities
- Basic computer skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills required.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
