APPLICANTS MUST BE BILINGUAL, ABLE TO SPEAK AND WRITE IN ENGLISH & SPANISH AND HAVE A MINIMUM OF THREE YEARS OF PERSONAL INJURY INTAKE EXPERIENCE.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking after-hours intake calls, managing the intake process for new clients and cases, and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and entered into our systems accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Sign up potential new clients over the phone
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls
- Opening new cases in a timely manner
- Data entry and processing
- Collect and verify client information, including contact details, case details, and any relevant documents
- Communicating with management about the facts of each potential case
- Sending and receiving intake documents
- Monthly reports to management regarding new cases
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of Personal Injury Intake Experience is mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically
- Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NEEDLES software experience a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
