Description:
Experienced and proactive Commercial Account Manager responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales of commercial/retail vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential guests, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand guest needs and requirements, provide expert advice and recommendations on vehicle selection, customization, and fleet management solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each guest.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous automotive sales required; Commercial/Fleet preferred.
- Strong understanding of fleet management principles, vehicle specifications, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, G-Suite and other software/technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual is a plus
Hours:
- 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
