The Role: As our Production & Installation Supervisor, you'll be at the helm of our graphic production studio, steering the ship towards timely delivery and top-notch quality of our large format creative assets. We design and install graphics on police and fire vehicle graphics for agencies all around the country for @PrideOutfitting; build signs, banners and displays for our event management company @PrideGroupAZ; and everything in between. While some design experience is beneficial, this isn't your typical graphic design gig—it's a leadership role focused on orchestrating the seamless execution of projects, maintaining brand consistency, and elevating our team's capabilities to new heights.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fleet Graphics Installer/Vinyl Installation.
- Proven minimum of 1 year of experience in graphics production
- Proficiency in 3M Materials, Roland and HP large format printers.
- Minimum 1 year + experience with Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative vision and a passion for design excellence.
- Knowledge of printing processes and digital media production.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- Written and verbal skills
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator), specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Caldera, Roland VersaWorks XTool and FlexiSign software.
