The Regional Medical Sales Manager leads sales teams, ensures customer satisfaction, enforces safety standards, manages inquiries, maintains product knowledge, and upholds company policies. Other responsibilities include supporting branch operations, assisting in personnel management and preparing sales analysis, budgets, and reports.
- Lead, coach, and guide sales team to achieve top safety standards and performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and problem resolution.
- Champion safety measures through meetings and strict enforcement.
- Maintain and enhance selling skills and product knowledge for staff.
- Enforce company policies, aid in customer service, and address performance issues.
- Support Branch Manager in hiring, training, and managing employees.
- Assist outside sales reps, prepare sales data, and forecast for leadership.
- Manage budget, monitor fiscal performance, and control expenditures.
- Oversee paperwork, inventory, pricing, and profitability.
- Handle personnel matters and facility upkeep.

- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience.
- 7+ years in medical sales.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, adept at managing personnel.
- 3+ years of successful sales team management with growth.
- Track record of achieving double-digit annual sales growth.
- Skilled in data entry and order extraction.
- Strong verbal and written communication, self-motivation, organizational skills.
