Oregon Psychiatric Partners, based in Eugene Oregon, is seeking board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide outpatient evidence-based medication management services in a telehealth work setting for patients throughout Oregon.

The practitioner we are seeking will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to assigned patients. Our patient demographic is a fair mix of Commercial insured, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay. Practitioners must be eligible to credential with each plan type. The daily work activities include direct outpatient care through the telehealth video service, completion of health assessments, determination and assignment of appropriate diagnoses, prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, chart and document patient communication in the electronic health record system, and coordination of care duties as needed.
Practitioner shall be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; specializing in psychiatric/mental health nursing, have an active unencumbered Oregon Nurse Practitioner License and DEA License and reside in Oregon. Should be highly organized, have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-based environment, skillfully use the EHR and other technologies for successful virtual care and timely completion of session documentation.
