- Efficient Office Operations: Manage our office space and coworking area, overseeing inventory, equipment maintenance, vendor relationships, and ensuring readiness for events.
- Event Coordination: Run logistics for all of our events, including ordering and picking up catering, drafting invite lists, sending reminders, setting up for events, cleaning up after, and tracking participation.
- Coworking Space Management: Spearhead the management of our coworking space, addressing member needs, handling paperwork, and ensuring optimal coworking conditions.
- Capacity Building Support: Assist in list management, research, and tracking to bolster our community-wide network.
- Program Assistance: Provide logistical support for our programs, aiding in scheduling, communication, and tracking.

You’ll be paid twice a month. This job is based at our offices in Raleigh, NC with some remote work flexibility.
Key Requirements:
- Be available in person at least three days each week from 11am-2pm, as many of our events are held during this time. Otherwise, much of your work can be done whenever works for you, but we will need to coordinate with you during our workdays.
