Cyclewise Parts/accessory specialist
We are a customer service oriented powersport dealership with Ducati, Triumph, Suzuki, Zero and CFMoto. looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic person for our growing Powersports Parts Department. Applicant must have a love for powersports in all forms and must possess great communication skills both with customers and staff members as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

Job Requirements:
- Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base.
- Knowledge and experience with parts components of European, Japanese, American v-twin and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn (Lightspeed in particular)
- Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogues and online sites for particular motorcycle.
- Ability to monitor and re-order inventory flow both over the counter and through service, manage online sales,
- Educate customers on products, accessories and fit customers for apparel and gear
- Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and efficient Parts and Accessories environment
- Provide excellence customer service to all of the dealership’s customers.
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Develop and share knowledge of all Parts and Accessories merchandise
- Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
- Look up parts on all repair orders and post all parts to all repair orders
- Pre-staging future parts jobs for Sales and Service departments
- Working with Service Technicians to ensure their P&A needs are being met
- Maintaining special order and/or backorder logs
- Looking up parts for customers and quote prices for parts using parts catalogs and on-line avenues
- Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
- Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase.
- Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogues and online
- Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate.
- Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.
- Conduct periodic and yearly physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.) and be in charge of inventory control
- Create and ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
- Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for P&A management, Lightspeed Evo in particular
- Create sale campaigns within the parts department and help post to social media
- Other duties, as assigned.
