Responsibilities
- Be able to travel to the following locations:
- CHS - CHASE Stadium (Inter Miami CF Soccer) - Priority
- HRS - Hard Rock Stadium (Miami Dolphins & Miami Hurricanes Football, Concerts) - Priority
- KCM - Kaseya Center (Miami Heat Basketball & Concerts)
- MPM - loanDepot Park (Miami Marlins Baseball & Concerts)
Setting up and tearing down of any of the venues (as listed in the job post) or rental space for the day, including uncovering and covering lockers (tarps), moving lockers (when needed), setting up and later tearing down 10x10 or 10x20 tents, tables and chairs.
- Inspecting and test machinery to detect malfunctions.
- Communicate equipment problems to the manager as needed.
- Providing positive, proactive support to customers who are scanning the QR codes, downloading the Binbox app and completing rental transactions.
- Helping customers navigate to the locker area, creating traffic flow for ease of entering and exiting the space.
- Handling multiple customers at one time while ensuring our product is up to standard for each event.
- Performing basic maintenance such as changing batteries, adjusting locker doors and adjusting locks.
- Working independently or with a team depending on the size of the event.
- Ensure nightly reports and logs are up to date before closing out the event.
- Able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays - 80% of the venue event schedule.
- Standing & attentive for most of the event(s).
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the US
- Flexible to both remain onsite outdoors for the duration of your shift and to stay until event responsibilities are concluded, as some events may run longer than scheduled
- Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds on your own and walk and stand for periods of time
- Reliable, Professional, and Positive towards customers & staff members
- Supportive & Proactive
- Technical familiarity with downloading iOS and Android app technology, in order to problem-solve and assist customers with rental transactions
- Ability to test, troubleshoot and use tools to adjust and repair product
Preferred Experience
- Bilingual - Spanish & English
- Customer service 1+ years
- Experience with iOS (Apple software)
- Basic maintenance experience - using tools
