The staff generalist supports the Human Resources team by contributing to a variety of key HR functions.
The successful candidate enjoys collaborating across departments on projects and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- maintain employee records and ensure all paperwork is properly filed and up-to-date

process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations

maintain company directory and other organizational charts
-
maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
-
prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management review
-
complete employment verification
-
assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including conducting orientations and processing paperwork

oversee and develop training schedules and presentations
-
oversee new hire feedback surveys
-
complete exit interviews
-
processing final paperwork
-
manage the E-Verify program
-
support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
-
assist in administering compensation programs and conducting salary surveys
-
participate in policy development and revisions to enhance HR processes and practices
-
develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures
-
support different audits
-
assist the HR team with other ad hoc projects and daily tasks as required
Management reserves the right to amend and change responsibilities to meet organizational needs as necessary.

USD 31 to USD 35, maximum of 29 hours per week

bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in Human Resources, Communications, or related field

benefits administration and compensation management experience
-
two plus years of HR experience with an emphasis on coordinating projects
-
ability to adapt to an evolving environment and handle multiple high-volume priorities
-
excellent time management and organizational skills
-
ability to manage data with confidentiality
-
advanced in Microsoft Office and Excel
-
ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
-
able to work well independently with limited supervision
