What You’ll Do
As a member of our front of house team at MOOV, you’ll work as a key member of our team to ensure our members (MOOVRs) feel a part of our community and are supported in accessing their health & wellness journey, either through attending a physician appointment, seeing their health coach or undertaking one of our recovery options.
MOOV is a first-of-its kind studio that aims to deliver a high-tech and modern experience for its members. MOOV is looking for enthusiastic, highly-motivated individuals with a servant-leadership mentality to help build that future.
Provide Exceptional Experience to our MOOVRs
- Welcome members and guests into the facility, ensuring their first interactions are warm, genuine and efficient
- Serve as a expert concierge, preempting their needs where practical and providing education on products and services
- Help our members understand the benefits of each of our services
- Provide a smooth start-up for members on any equipment/service they are scheduled for that day e.g. Emsculpt Neo, Joint Injections, Compression etc.
- Set up appointments, confirm appointments, and follow-up on missed appointments with members
- Know our retail range so you can assist with any questions as to relevance of products
- Assist in daily center operations including opening and closing the center, and maintaining a facility that is cared for and enticing
- Send appropriate test kits, equipment, documents etc. to clients within 1 business day as directed by Physician or Health Coaches

Experience:
- Previous customer facing experience
- Technological literacy to use various digital and virtual care platforms
- Interest in health, wellness and fitness
- Medical Assistant preferred
- Medical Aesthetics experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
