Be Marketing, has a new location opening in Orland Park IL, is seeking a motivated Client Support & Sales Associate to join our team. We specialize in face-to-face sales, providing top-notch client support, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture. This role allows you to work independently as well as be part of a team.
As a Client Support & Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging in face-to-face interactions, learning sales scripts, and mastering brand and product knowledge. This role is crucial for nurturing existing client relationships and driving new sales opportunities. Responsibilities of the Client Support & Sales Associate:
- Engage in face-to-face sales interactions with clients, mastering sales scripts and product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional client support, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and retail location visits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide timely reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Ability to work with technology tools with overseeing sales and customer accounts and information.
- Ability to follow compliance standards and execute them when working with customers.
Requirements of the Client Support & Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles preferred.
- High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to work full time including one weekend day.
- Ability to memorize sales scripts and product details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and master sales scripts and product knowledge.
- Willingness to engage in face-to-face sales interactions.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week. Flexible schedule with weekend work included. All major holidays off.
Compensation: Salary DOE with opportunity for commission. Direct Deposits are paid weekly to all employees.
