Studio Manager/Sheppard Method Pilates
Sheppard Method Pilates is looking for a Front Desk/Studio Manager,
Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm.
Responsibilities:
Greet all clients prior to their appointments and check them in.
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization, as well as keeping the current mandated Covid cleaning requirements.
Answer all calls and emails coming into the studio and answer any questions that prospective and current clients may have about private classes, group classes, teacher training, pricing etc...
Communicate with trainers to coordinate private session bookings, assist clients book their sessions and classes.
Will be responsible for collecting purchases from clients and updating all client accounts, including waivers etc.,
Must understand the pricing structure and have the ability to sell and renew private and class packages.
Must keep track of retail inventory and studio supplies.
Must order all supplies including retail.
Assist the owner with any studio projects that come up and from time to time will be asked to assist with personal projects.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year experience working in a retail/office setting
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have excellent computer skills, Apple products, social media, and Gmail, specifically.
Must be organized and responsible
Must be a problem solver
Must be a people person
Mindbody software experience preferred, but will train the right person
Prior knowledge of Pilates is preferred
Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
Must have a car or guaranteed transportation to the studio
Must love dogs (there may be one in the studio at any given time)
Compensation:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hr. (6-month review with potential raise at that time)
