ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc., is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County. The Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a Maintenance Technician I.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position ensures the efficient operation of all phases of facility and equipment maintenance, including fiscal and record keeping requirement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED required with less than three years of related experience. If have three or more years of related experience, education requirement may be waived.
Minimum of two years of related experience in all building maintenance trades.
Knowledge of ability to complete repair work including, but not necessarily limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, air-conditioning, and heating. Good interpersonal and communications skills, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to move/relocate various items of equipment, supplies, material, etc. weighing up to 100 lbs. Valid driver's license. Must be insurable.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Florida driver's license required.
