Skipping Stones provides ABA
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Case and Clinic Supervision
Conduct Assessments
(VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, PDDBI, ABBLS)
Design Treatment plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
Graph data, adjust and modify strategies and programs as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
Supervise and train behavior technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized BIPS and treatment plans
Train parents, caregivers and behavior technicians who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Lead bi-monthly team meetings
Collaborate with parents and school personnel
Participate in weekly peer review and professional development meetings
Required Qualifications:
If you do not have a BCBA, or very close to taking your exam to become certified

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)
Also will interview someone who is close to taking their exam to become certified, up to
3-6 months out. You could start as a RBT until you are a BCBA.
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism
Experience conducting assessments, overseeing new program development and implementing behavioral treatment programs
IEP experience
Strong oral and written communication, problem solving, and management skills
Must have a reliable means of transportation
Valid Driver's License
Criminal background clearance through the Washington DOJ and FBI.
Willingness to work with children that engage in severe problem behaviors including but not limited to punching, kicking, biting, throwing objects, spitting, peeing and scratching.
CPR/BLS certification
In addition, the job requires a full range of body motion including the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, reach, run, push and pull when responding to challenging behaviors, eye/hand coordination, and the ability to lift clients weighing 50 pounds, using proper body mechanics. The position also requires repetitive movements of the wrists, hand and/or fingers, the ability to receive and express detailed information through oral communication, visual acuity, and the ability to read and understand written directions.

SALARY WILL BE BASED ON YOUR YEARS CERTIFIED AND EXPERIENCE
