Miga is a virtual heart health clinic.
We prevent and manage obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes, using medications and intensive lifestyle interventions.
Our clinical care is delivered over video visits and async chat by physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), registered dietitians, and health coaches.
Care is augmented by a character-driven, gamified app, connected devices, and our own tech platform/EHR that enables scalable, efficient, and high-quality clinical services.

Searching for Growth person to drive patient acquisition and retention.
Remote work and can be located anywhere in the United States.
Salary range = $150,000–$200,000 and includes stock option grant.
Jarrad and Dre (Co-Founders) are seasoned operators who’ve built and grown companies before.
The Growth role exists to accelerate Miga's user acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and a desirable CAC payback. This role will optimize our performance marketing efforts, develop effective retention strategies, and identify a secondary non-paid channel to diversify our growth portfolio.
Process
Performance marketing
You will own the performance and quality of our ads, landing pages and quiz, including: development of ad creative, copywriting, landing page design, and form/quiz pathways. You will have support from design and engineering on this.
Lifecycle marketing
You will build an integrated patient onboarding program with triggered lifecycle marketing initiatives (emails, sms, notifications, in-app messaging) designed to drive retention of our patients.
Analytics

Patient research
You will be obsessed with our patients so that you can learn why they are converting and why they’re not. Review existing research, conduct new interviews, review Facebook/Reddit/other comments, and dive deep on our patients.
We are searching for candidates with:
A strong desire to make the world a better place by preventing unnecessary heart attacks and strokes.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, including 2+ years of leading growth initiatives in a consumer company across multiple channels.
The ability to be self-sufficient and take initiative without needing to be told what to do.
An obsession for behavioral and cognitive psychology, and who love to empathize with patients.
A deep understanding of performance marketing and email marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
Writing talent, that can capture and hold attention through ad creative, emails, texts, and landing pages.
