Responsibilities:
- The Welcome Ambassador creates a warm welcome for arriving guests.
- Ability to greet, direct and assist patients to physician appointments and testing locations. Also direct guests and vendors to appropriate locations within the building.
- Ability to check in, handle payments, and process patient information.
- Register patients for classes in practice management system.
- Manage medical record requests with Medical Records department.
- Coordinate building maintenance as needed.
- Ability to sign for and deliver packages as needed.
- Ability to secure the building during and after business hours
- Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Sort inter-hospital mail and sign for and deliver packages as needed.
- Cross-train to cover Barista
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Education:
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background check required (includes credit, justice, worker's comp, drug test)
- Professional and friendly
- Initiative and adaptability.
- Lifting requirements not to exceed 25 lbs.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Background check required (includes credit, justice, worker’s comp)
- Drug screening
- Covid-19 Vaccination Required
