Bowman Law has an immediate opening for a Law Office Administrator/ Manager to manage a mid-sized personal injury law firm. Prior experience working in an administrative and/or managerial role at a personal injury law firm is required. See below for more details regarding the position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Hiring
o Assists in hiring;
o Schedules interviews;
Training
o Onboards new staff;
o Trains new staff regarding firm procedures and systems;
Administrative
o Manages day-to-day operations;
o Manages operations of case management software;
o Manages equipment, office services, and facilities;
o Manages schedules and appointments;
o Answers calls;
o Coordinates meetings and events;
o Assist with vendor management.
o Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Client Relations
o Manages client relations;
o Ensures constant contact with clients;
Staff Management
o Managers and supervises the work of employees;
o Conducts constructive performance evaluations;
o Handles discipline as needed and in accordance with company policy;
Financial
o Oversees / coordinates salaries and benefits;
o Manages QuickBooks;
o Manages budget;
o Calculates bonuses;
o Participates in strategic planning process to identify and accomplish short and long-term organizational goals;
Skills & Competencies

Background, Qualifications & Experience

Salary: $70,000.00 - $900,000.00 per year depending on experience
Experience:

Schedule/ Work Location:
