The server is responsible for providing the Perfect Night Out to every guest at every table. He/she must be a positive, consistent hospitality-oriented role model to other staff and guests.
Responsibilities include:
1. Promote and maintain positive guests relations.
2. Adhere to and maintain company policies and standards.
3. Suggestively sell wine and food products.
4. Follow all service sequences. Serve products according to standards and procedures, including delivering the Perfect Night Out which may include recognition and celebration of birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holidays and other special occasion.
5. Establish professional, hospitable rapport for each guest you serve.
6. Comply with local alcoholic beverage laws.
7. Comply with appearance and grooming standards.
8. Account for every product served.
9. Be aware of cost of supplies and proper handling procedures.
10. Always exceed guests expectations, making their evening special.
11. Perform opening, running and closing side work assignments.
12. Always perform as a team member. Abide by "the entire floor is your station" rule
13. Attend and participate in on-going training sessions. Read shift notes and attend shift meetings.'
