Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Instructor to join our team. The Clinical Instructor will play a vital role in educating and training future healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver clinical instruction to students in a classroom and hands-on setting
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students during their clinical rotations
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and educational experience
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Teaching experience or certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
University affiliation is highly desirable.

Pay: $98,244.24 - $110,143.59 per year
