Job Title: Cashier
Report to: Service Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Cashier provides excellent customer service to all customers of the service and parts departments. He or she receives and processes payments, explains the repair process to customers, ensure bills and invoices are accurate, and answer phones as needed. In addition, the Cashier may complete opening/closing procedures, maintain files of all important documents and customer information, and provide administrative assistance to the service advisors.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets customers and delivers excellent customer service both in person and on the phone with a smile and in a friendly professional manner.

Ensures protection of customer information by continually following Information Security procedures

Maintains a general understanding of the repair process and explains the process to our customers

Receives payments from customers, records the amount received, takes change due, and issues receipt to customer

Reconciles cash drawer

Files within appropriate file system all service/parts forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material

Keeps repair orders current by entering appropriate charges

Provides clerical and administrative assistance

Pay: $17-$22.00/hr
