We only have 3 rules:
1. You must keep your work calendar updated. So actively mark all the hours you're NOT available to work. This way we can schedule jobs during the hours you leave open. This runs your business. It tells you where to go, what to do, and when to be there.
2. You must be reliable and honest (show up on time, do a good job, and not overcharge). Our software tracks these things in real-time.
3. It's free to sign up and only after we get your job and the work is complete do we take our 20% service fee. This money goes toward the Hometown Alliance metioned below.
Everything we have done for the past 4 years is to build an Alliance of small businesses. A collective that can compete with the major corporations. Your only responsibility is to show up and do the work for the price you estimated. Be honest and reliable.
