**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated region, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
- Lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Manage key accounts & and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance to ensure alignment on sales strategies
**Qualifications:**
-Lives in state of Orgeon
- Proven track record in sales, account management, leadership, and business development
- Strong ability to analyze sales metrics and trends to drive decision-making
- Experience with CRM software
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-performing sales team
- Prior experience in senior living sales or outside sales is preferred

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
