Customer Service & Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a sound understanding of how our clients products and services compares to competitors a to drive customer enrollment
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all sales interactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Participate in continuous sales & management training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
- Helping customers enjoy the best things about their new products so they are fully knowledgeable and can maximize services
- Communicate and work with other team members/departments, setting goals and deadlines, handling documentation, and updating customer
- Be informed on the latest telecom industry developments by attending team meetings and training workshops
Customer Service & Sales Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or telecommunications experience is highly preferred
- Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the Verizon Customer Service Representative team along with customers and our Verizon clients
- Persuasive communicator and good listener with a competitive, goal-oriented nature
- Quick thinker, customer-centric, outgoing, and work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with independent decision making
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
