About Our Client: Our client is a leading B2B tech firm in the reward management and sales performance industry.
Position Scope: As the Director of Client Success, you will lead and manage a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, overseeing the management of end-to-end client relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic execution of existing client initiatives, program launches, and identification of new business opportunities. Providing guidance and support to the team, your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive business reviews with your team and clients, leveraging data analysis to uncover insights and trends. Develop presentations that effectively communicate the narrative and drive strategic discussions with clients.
- Develop and implement account plans outlining key performance indicators (KPIs), SWOT analysis, and other strategic elements. Monitor and report progress towards achieving KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Oversee the monitoring of revenue performance, analyzing trends and metrics to provide valuable insights to both internal stakeholders and clients. Develop strategies to optimize revenue generation and maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients, working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that drive client growth and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Account Manager and Account Managers to deliver against assigned Revenue, Client Satisfaction, and Retention KPIs.
- Manage the development and evaluation of recurring business reviews across all clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase engagement and revenue.
- Reframe and challenge clients’ perspectives on their business, aligning insights with client priorities and unique differentiators.
- Create and deliver insightful and accurate client-facing and internal reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Education and Experience:
- 8+ years experience managing direct client relationships with 2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Knowledge and familiarity with SaaS/PaaS technology platforms and the Recognition, Incentive, Loyalty & Rewards Procurement & Fulfilment industry
- Very strong Excel based analytical skills including large data manipulation and the ability to determine and summarize executive insight.
- Strong PowerPoint skills to create summary business reviews as required.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various departments
- Extremely detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
