Job Description:
Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. Responsible for all operations of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance. Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Acting as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for necessary key data entry into the designated software such as receiving products, transfers, etc.

Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipments.

Provides assistance with assembled products if needed.

Creates and maintains new product sheets.

Helps coordinate for receiving of priority products.

Responsible for documenting the unloading, staging, and categorizing of all products received.

Ensures safety and security issues of warehouse operations.

Discusses with the management in order to hire enough temporary employees for smooth operation and assists and trains temporary employees when necessary.

Supervises the temporary employees assigned to load the outgoing containers; report any incidents/accidents to the supervisor.

Operates, maintains automobile/forklifts.

Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.

Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Experience and Skills:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND WORK REQUIREMENTS
- At least five years of related experience required; supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Preferred experience in the trading card game business.

Fluent in Spanish preferred (not required)
