Job Description
The ideal candidate has a passion for providing the best client service in the industry with unparalleled CTV/OTT Programmatic video activation and linear TV investment experience and is seeking a role with a direct impact on the short and long-term success of our business. The person in this role will need to have a deep understanding and innovative approach to programmatic video advertising and be ready to work as an equal partner with clients to advance their mission and goals in the OTT space. As a leader of a team of professionals, you'll be responsible for overseeing the creation, launch, and optimization of programmatic CTV / OTT campaigns. Your collaboration with various departments will ensure campaigns deliver the desired business outcomes for our clients, and that we continue to differentiate our strategy to advance and improve the marketplace. Your extensive OTT programmatic expertise, strong individual contribution results, and principled leadership will be key to success for our clients. You will report to the EVP, Head of Investment.

Oversee the planning, set-up, scheduling, and optimization of programmatic video campaigns across an industry-leading suite of premium publishers;

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media partners and vendors;

Architect operational workflows & playbooks across DSPs & walled gardens;

Strategic thought leadership, advanced marketplace knowledge specific to OTT programmatic trading;

Define high-level strategy and holistic management, development, implementation, and execution of OTT processes;

Identify key target insights based on client briefs necessary for formulating strategic recommendations, and ensure alignment into broader long-term goals;

Surface overarching learnings to strengthen/enhance OTT programmatic trading playbook;

Support and coach direct reports to ensure they are clear on objectives and priorities, and they work to their full potential;

Collaborate with our product, data science, investment, and media solutions teams to deliver on key client needs;

Ensure client campaigns are meeting their goals by managing campaign pacing and through continuous optimization;

Improve internal workflows to support all aspects of campaign activation/execution;

Serve as account expert in troubleshooting platform issues with demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and data management platforms (DMPs);

Manage issues related to campaign troubleshooting, campaign delivery, data targeting, and/or internal or external reporting;

Participate in user testing initiatives for new ad products and feature enhancements;

Serve as a subject matter expert on important programmatic business trends, best practices, and ad technologies;

Lead contract renegotiations (in collaboration with account leadership and clients) should it be required.

Be ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and platforms.
Qualifications
Qualifications

8+ years of recent OTT programmatic experience, with a demonstratable record of successful campaign management;

Deep understanding of the evolving video landscape: Possesses comprehensive knowledge of linear, addressable, and OTT television to inform strategic decision-making and media mix optimization.

Proven experience and success in presenting plans to senior clients and influencing toplevel client decisions related to media strategy and implementation;

Demonstrates an ability to be curious and passionate about our client's business;

Experience working with and across major DSPs (e.g., (The Trade Desk, Beeswax, Roku OneView, DV360, Xandr, Amazon, etc.), SSPs (e.g., Magnite, Freewheel), DMPs and data providers (e.g., LiveRamp, TruOptik, Transunion, Comscore), and third-party ad servers (Sizmek, Innovid, DCM, etc.);

Comprehension and experience in building custom audiences and trafficking digital video and other formats, including VAST;

Comfort with reporting and using data sets for deeper analysis;

Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving video landscape
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
