Must enjoy traveling as this role will be on the road weekly.

Summary:
The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing on-site marketing activities during grand openings of our new locations across the country. Additionally, you will play a key role in community outreach for corporately owned locations and assist the Social Media Coordinator in fielding requests from franchisees. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our brand's growth, directly engaging with customers and the community to create memorable experiences and helping franchisees succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:

Assist in the planning and execution of grand opening events for new coffee shop locations.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.

Set up and manage marketing materials, promotional displays, and sampling stations.
Customer Engagement:

Interact with customers to promote our brand and products.

Provide product samples and information to potential customers.

Gather customer feedback and insights during events.
Brand Representation:

Serve as the face of the brand during grand openings.

Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.

Ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts and materials.
Community Outreach:

Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and businesses.

Plan and participate in community events to promote corporate store locations.

Identify opportunities for community engagement and sponsorships.
Social Media Support:

Assist the Social Media Manager in fielding requests from franchisees.

Ensure franchisee social media requests are handled promptly and effectively.
Data Collection and Reporting:

Collect and report data on customer interactions and event success.

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving future events.

Assist in post-event analysis to measure impact and ROI.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategies and objectives.

Coordinate with local teams to ensure event readiness.

Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field (internships and volunteer work considered).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in field marketing or event management.

Knowledge of social media marketing and digital engagement strategies.
