We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Dallas based team on a full-time basis. The Customer Service Representative provides dedicated customer support while communicating effectively, and accurately recording customer concerns. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities and in-depth knowledge of current hardware and software components. The ideal candidate will a passion for working in a partnership with customers to problem solve effectively, efficiently and with maximum customer experience scores.
Daily Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Interact with customers providing knowledgeable support and insight
- Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
- Review customer transaction records
- Provide sales support
- Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues arise
- Respond to customer questions
- Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
- Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
Required Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. Qualifying applicants will possess the following attributes that lend to their ability to succeed in this customer-oriented role:
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a customer facing role
- Strong computer literacy is required
- Experience handling customer

- Excellent multi-tasking skills
