Royal Wholesale, the largest E-commerce confectionery wholesaler, is looking for a driven, outgoing and motivated Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. By establishing strong relationships with every customer and potential customer, you'll help Royal Wholesale become the confectionery wholesaler of choice for businesses all over the world.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our experienced team of Sales Associates. If you are competitive, financially motivated and capable of teaching your strategies to a team, we're excited to talk with you. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way that will optimize our company's growth.
Responsibilities
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
Respond to incoming calls and emails from potential customers
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
Provide support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Make recommendations for new items to sell based on customers needs and feedback.
Become familiar with and competent in using all features of our website.
Make product recommendations to our team based on your conversations with our customers.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent
10+ years' B2B sales experience
5+ years in leadership sales position
PC proficiency in a Windows environment
