Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for the right person, with plenty of potential for growth within the company. We are looking for a hard working team member who is willing to learn and grow within the accounting office, especially in Title work.
Pay starting at $18 and hour and commensurate with experience.
Administrative Assistant - Job Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical functions as assigned including scanning, filing and taking phone calls.
- Run the dealership’s front desk answering phone calls and greeting customers as assigned.
- Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers and staff, both on the phone and in person.
Administrative/Office Assistant - Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in a dealership office setting required
- Experience in Title Clerk work is a plus
- Must be highly organized and pay attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working with computers and type efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday
