Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate assists with questions and offers solutions by providing excellent support to internal and external customers. This positions reports to the shop’s Manager. RIVCO is seeking a Customer Service Associate that possesses excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and provides attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products to new and existing customers.
- Enter orders received online or via phone.
- Utilize sales techniques when appropriate.
- Provide positive customer experiences and develop strong customer relationships.
- Make strong efforts to develop appropriate solutions to customers while creating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
- Create quotes, credit documents, and enter account data appropriately with timeliness and accuracy.
- Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with shipping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motorcycle experience or knowledge, a plus.
- Ability to recognize and execute selling opportunities.
- Ability to take initiative to complete tasks and solve problems.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize.
- Multi-tasker with ability to answer multiple phone lines when necessary.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Shipping experience, a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
