This ERP Product Master Data Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of business analysts that maintain product master data and resolve issues in the global supply chain system. The ideal candidate will have a balance of technical aptitude and leadership experience to develop a cohesive team that meets organizational objectives. This ability to lead and mentor team members in problem-solving while maintaining operational commitments is instrumental in the successful performance of this role. This role will require communicating with several business units at different geographical locations to resolve reported issues and maintain product master data quality.
Responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and configuration of product master data in all applicable ERP systems (D365, CRM, M2K, ECON, etc.).
Maintain the PDM team member training and certification program.
Manage team KPIs.
Maintain operational awareness on significant projects and critical work to provide continual status updates to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather and document data requirements to meet business needs.
Manage current PDM operational processes and continually look for opportunities for improvement.
Conduct daily stand-ups/scrums to maintain awareness of the teams’ progress and blockers.
Ensure that all blockers are resolved or escalated to ensure minimal delay in resolving issues.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
A working knowledge of supply chain and production modules in major ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
Experience in product/item master data management, including bill of material creation.
Proven experience leading and mentoring team members.
Ability to analyze information and use logic to perform tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Possesses good problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and problems.
Possesses good project management skills and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams and technical and business engagement managers.
Ability to prepare, present and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
