About the role:
The Business Operations Manager will lead strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing HR projects, optimizing CRM workflows, streamlining processes to support team productivity, and overseeing other special projects. The Business Operations Manager will update training materials, collaborate on accounting tasks, and drive continuous improvement in business processes. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Take on special projects that bridge business and operations functions to drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Manage projects related to HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Create space for team members by streamlining processes and implementing efficient operational strategies.
- Update and create training materials for various departments to ensure consistent and effective training programs.
- Provide operational assistance and oversight within CRM systems to optimize workflows and customer interactions. Focus on special reporting and efficiency improvements to enhance team productivity.
- Analyze business processes and workflows, researching and offering solutions for efficiency or best practices.
- Implement task-driven approaches to push the business forward, focusing on measurable outcomes and project milestones as laid out by leadership.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment while providing guidance and leadership to team members.
- Facilitate keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing priorities and shifting efforts accordingly.
- Reinforce Textures core attributes through presentations and interactions in the market that may arise with clients, vendors, or peers.
- Assist with some accounting functions, collaborating with finance team to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Supply tracking and progress reports to strategic plans set by leadership to achieve quarterly revenue benchmarks.
Candidate requirements:
- Degree in Business Management preferred; however, a passion for administration and supporting people is essential.
- Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast paced, customer-focused, collaborate environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a natural ability to build and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels.
- Proficient in utilizing a wide range of software applications, including CRMs, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven problem-solving skills and eager to find effective solutions.
