ABOUT IEP
The Strength of Ownership. IEP was founded in 1997 by eleven like-minded emergency physicians on the belief that a collaborative practice environment yields the best patient and business outcomes. Twenty years later, we've expanded our services to include hospital medicine, observation medicine, urgent care, long-term acute care, and scribe services; while retaining the values that brought us together in the first place. We are physicians and business leaders providing outstanding clinical services and operational leadership for our hospital partners; and excellent, compassionate care for our patients.
Hospital Partners. Our Hospital partners include Ascension Providence-Providence Park Hospitals in Southfield and Novi; Trinity Health St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac; and Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson.
Culture-driven Results. At IEP, we believe that culture is defined by actions, not words, and we've built a culture of ownership through cultivating, retaining and promoting outstanding clinical leaders and the very best providers. Our physicians are partners in our business and have a personal commitment to our success and the success of our patients and hospital partners.
Engaged Practice Management. We believe engaged practice management is the direct result of outstanding leadership, operational excellence and outstanding clinical providers. We are influential and passionate leaders who love a challenge and find great satisfaction in making a difference for our physicians, our patients and our hospitals.'
