Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
