Job Summary:
The Field Technician must be team-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven. This position is responsible for driving to and from customer sites collecting samples and placing/removing sample collection equipment. Will use independence and judgment to recognize and resolve problems within established policies and procedures and is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of own work.
Responsibilities:

Driving to customer sites and placing/removing sample collection equipment;

Recording sample information, details, and required information accurately;

Present a professional demeanor with clients;

Preparing sample kits and outbound shipments;

Complete daily document forms;
-
Complete tasks within the assigned schedule;

Maintain a very clean and organized workspace;

May require overtime and hours in the evening or on weekends with short notice;

May be required to assist inside the laboratory with general duties including, but not limited to facility maintenance, sample disposal, warehouse upkeep, sample receiving, and glassware preparation, etc.;

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Current Driver's License with good driving record;

Prior experience with ISCO autosamplers is preferred;

Must be an effective communicator, and comfortable interfacing with clients;

Positive attitude;

Able and willing to work overtime when needed, including evenings and weekends with short notice;

Must be able to safely operate company vehicles;
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred; 2 years of experience instead of education.
Relocation:
This position is not eligible for relocation.
Travel Requirements:
This position does require local travel.
Work Schedule:
This position will work 8 hours, Monday-Friday in the Arlington, Texas lab. This position is subject to overtime availability to meet deadlines.
