We are a 29-year-old family run flooring installation company based out of Passaic, NJ that was built on its four core values to guide how we interact with our customers and our employees.
We have built our business with the “Say Yes” philosophy of always finding an outcome that is beneficial for our customers and/or employees. We are not afraid to say when we are wrong and will be the first ones to admit it.
We have gone through structural changes and overcome obstacles to improve how we do our business all while staying true to our values: Say Yes, Own It, Do What You Say, and We Care. Doing this has earned us Service Provide of the Year from The Home Depot in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for assigned territory client relationships, sub-contractor relationships, product knowledge, and other duties as assigned by the Senior Regional Manager. The CRM is expected to work autonomously to accomplish his/her goals and requires an individual with strong organization, time management skills, and self-motivation. CRMs are assigned The Home Depot Stores within their market and are required to travel daily within their market.
About You

- You have worked in flooring, project management, and have been in positions with traveling involved and loved it. You are able to triage various problems and come to the best solution for all.
- You have assessed installation issues and provided solutions.
- You believe in over communicating with all involved parties to make sure expectations are being met.
- You have experience being on the road and visiting multiple sites daily to build relationships and stay up to date on any issues.
Essential Functions
(What you would be in charge of)
The Home Depot
- You will develop and maintain relationships with The Home Depot stores and field teams within your assigned territory.
- You will partner with District Store Managers (DSM) and ACS to facilitate customer resolutions.
- You will provide product knowledge and insight to The Home Depot to better assist customers.
- You will provide outstanding customer service and expert guidance to customers about the product when walking around the assigned Home Depot stores.
Field Visits
- You will conduct installation visits to ensure the work being performed by our installers is up to ACS standards and expectations, including troubleshooting issues to overcome job blocks and ensure the best resolution.
- You will ensure installers are in compliance with The Home Depot standards while in the customer’s home.
Voice of Customer (VOC)
- You will champion the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey to our customers and why it is important they participate.
- You will periodically conduct workroom audits following our checklist for compliance.
Requirements

- You understand and know what it means when people say, “Teamwork makes the dream work”. Working overtime and/or weekends does not worry you.
- You have experience in flooring, home improvements or construction.
- You work well with executive management and know when to ask for help.
- You are eager and excel in building and fostering relationships across multiple regions.
- You excel in providing great customer service.
- You are able to pass a background check as outlined by THD.
Compensation
- Mileage reimbursement program specific to the CRM position.
- Company cell phone.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Flooring installation knowledge: 2 years (Required)
- site inspection: 1 year (Preferred)
