Job Description:
The PMO provides a single point of contact for program management related functions. Responsible for the execution of the program to ensure a coordinated delivery of the business outcomes and ensures that the programs maintain a standard project management approach. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/project setup, execution, and control. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Management experience with small to mid-size teams. Accountable for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 5+ years of PMO experience including leading small PMO teams.
- Lead the implementation of a multi-year Data Strategy Program
- Facilitate broadening of scope of Data Strategy Program and GRA best practices, to incorporate the recent additions of the Data Science Organization, Climate Risk Organization and Enterprise Independent Testing to the program
- Coordinate Enterprise funding and sponsorship efforts to obtain appropriate annual initiative funding to support the program, from initial creation of Business Requirements Documentation (BRD’s) for data incidents through to project management of the associated data strategy implementation
- Undertake data governance processes and manage data framework, including but not limited to, Enterprise Data Management (EDM) standards adherence, managing centralized documentation library (EDM templates, DSA/SLA agreements, etc.) and partner with LOBs to oversee maintenance of Data Lineage and Process Workflow documentation
- Identify, recruit, train and manage more junior associates in support of both the current program and a pipeline of talent for the growth of the GRA organization
- Oversee EDM submission process in partnership with LOBs, and manage the current automated technology solutions for data lineage and visualization (Quartz Lineage Viewer & DQC, Tableau)
- Manage production of Data Quality Controls Dashboard, Management Reports (EDM Adherence and tracking), and ad-hoc reporting requests (audit, compliance, etc.)
- Execute on the Authorized Data Source (ADS) Data Sourcing and Provisioning strategy, in alignment with Enterprise Data Management and Global Risk objectives
Bachelors or Masters in relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in data related Academic Research, Risk, Finance Technology, Compliance, or Audit
Truly comfortable in a fast-paced and change-oriented environment
Execution-oriented and results-focused self-starter able to work independently
Strong organizational ability, project management skills, and extremely detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels (i.e. colleagues to senior management) and situations (i.e. one-on-one to presentations)

Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience using data mining and other advanced analytical techniques to aggregate data for model development and/or to produce management reporting & data visualization
Programming experience with languages such as Python, SQL or R.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
Background in finance, compliance, or related field
Experience with one or more of: Data Management, SOX, Data Quality Assurance Program compliance
Breadth of experience across businesses serving people, companies and institutions
Experience closely interacting with analytical and/or technology teams
