```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with other departments as necessary
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with treatment planning, explaining procedures and financial options to patients
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up care as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle patient inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and dental procedures
- Proficiency in using office software such as Epic, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
