WWMG is a Primary Care and Multi-Specialty group with full-time and part-time openings in our clinics across Snohomish County as well as our our benefitted float pool.
MA duties include but not limited to:
- Rooming patients
- Taking vitals
- Assisting in procedures
- Performing Labs/Injections/EKGs/Spirometry
- EMR documentation
- Refilling prescriptions
- Obtaining insurance prior authorizations
- Completing paperwork as needed
- Phone triage and scheduling when needed
- Reception help as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual and committed to quality care
- Ability to multi-task and keep pace with provider
- Must be team-minded, friendly, self-driven and able to work independently
- Good communication skills as well as time management and organizational abilities
- Current MA-C certification in Washington State
- Reliable transportation - Travel to multiple locations as needed
- At least one-year experience preferred
- Previous Centricity or other EMR experienced preferred
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
