Position Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator
Target Start Date: Monday August 5, 2024
Location: S.C.I. Roofing & Construction Office - Monroe, GA
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (one-hour lunch break)
Starting Hourly Wage: $19.00/hour, Full time 40 hours per week
Payment: Weekly via direct deposit on Fridays, paid 1 week in arrears
Benefits: 5 paid holidays (dates change yearly and will be posted in the office), Performance reviews at 30 days and 90 days.

Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams through a variety of tasks, including video editing, lead monitoring, data management, and general office duties. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, proficiency in video editing software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Editing: Edit marketing videos for lead generation using software such as Capcut and Canva.
- Lead Monitoring: Monitor inbound leads in the company marketing CRM, manage assignments, and track their stage in the pipeline.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain spreadsheets for sales and marketing data, including monthly reporting, year-over-year growth, and other key performance indicators.
- Eagleview Orders: Order aerial imagery, data analytics, and geographic information system (GIS) mapping.
- Customer Service: Answer, assist, and/or direct phone calls to the appropriate person and welcome, greet, and assist walk-in customers.
- Event Assistance: Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events and projects.
- Document Management: Scan, upload, and manage documents within the company CRM.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail, including registering manufacturer warranties and receiving payments.
- Correspondence: Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office.
- General Office Duties: Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, and copying.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
