Information Collection Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Information Collection Coordinator with a background in supporting federal programs. As an Information Collection Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating the development of information collection requests for department approval. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring compliance with federal requirements and providing support for strategic planning and research efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Information Collection Coordination:
- Coordinate the development of information collection requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols.
- Department Approval Process:
- Manage and navigate department approval process for information collection requests, including preparing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Compliance Assurance:
- Ensure strict compliance with federal requirements and regulations governing information collection activities.
- Strategic Planning Support:
- Provide support for strategic planning initiatives by contributing insights and recommendations based on information collection efforts.
- Research Assistance:
- Assist in research activities by contributing to the design and execution of information collection methods that align with strategic goals.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in information collection processes, regulatory compliance, and working with government agencies.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Knowledge of federal regulations related to information collection.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
