POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant will provide support for the Management Team.
SALARY RANGE and BENEFIT SUMMARY:
The salary range for this position is $60, 000 to $75.000 per year depending on experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to e-mails on the executive’s behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents and assist with meeting preparations.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primarily provides administrative support for the Executive Director as requested which may include maintaining executive calendar, drafting correspondence, coordinating travel, and other essential tasks.
- Follows up on providing information requests from potential new participant entities
- Provides first draft communication for responses to entity inquiries
- Assists Executive Director with Association Board communication, coordination of meetings and minutes of meetings
- Provides back up for Administrative Assistant as needed
- Provides support for other executives as requested
- Coordinate management group projects

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to write well and communicate complex topics
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to solve problems with general guidance
- Accurate data entry, reporting skills, and information analysis
- Strong organizational skills, ability to determine priority of requests on time
- Ability to learn new information and apply it to current tasks
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
