Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in managing front desk operations.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
- Handle reservations and cancellations efficiently
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual or bilingual setting
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
