Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience with Cozzini Bros. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and acting as a key liaison between customers and various departments. Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, highly organized, and a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Engage with customers through inbound calls, with light selling responsibilities.

Manage and complete assigned support cases daily.

Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.

Process new business submissions from the sales team within daily deadlines.

Assist the sales team with updates and support for new customers.

Perform light logistics tasks as needed for urgent route driver changes.

Utilize and understand various systems to execute daily tasks.

Maintain a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 30-minute commute of our corporate building at 8430 W Bryn Mawr Ave, Rosemont, IL 60631-3497.
